4. Accuracy Disclaimer
GPS accuracy. Trip distances, routes, and speeds are estimates based on device GPS data. Accuracy depends on device hardware, satellite availability, environmental conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Trip detection. Automatic trip detection relies on motion sensors and GPS. It may occasionally miss trips, detect false trips, or record inaccurate start/end times. You should review and confirm trips before relying on them for official purposes.
Not for legal or tax use. Drivio mileage reports are informational. They are not certified records and should not be used as sole evidence for tax deductions, insurance claims, or legal proceedings without independent verification.
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Trip data is stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store your personal trip data on our servers.
6. Third-Party Services
Drivio may use third-party services (such as Mapbox for road matching and Apple for subscriptions). Your use of these features is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding in Drivio are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Drivio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Inaccurate trip data, distances, or routes.
- Data loss due to device failure, software bugs, or user error.
- Battery drain or device performance impact from background location use.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
9. Termination
